What is thought?
Thought is a form of energy. The energy can be positive or negative. It is not about good or bad thought. Every thought form has consequences. Negative thought energy is heavy and saps energy. Positive thought energy is light and boosts energy. We have about 50,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day. We have a choice to focus on what we want.
Why we think what we think?
A thought is triggered by our beliefs. Beliefs are created by our experiences and perceptions. We create a map of the world through our sensory perceptions. The realty for us then is what we see through the map and not what the reality is. If we change the quality of the map our reality changes and so do our thought forms.
What is Law of Focus?
Our focus creates the road map of our life. It is not about thoughts being good or bad; it is about focus. Negative thoughts are often good and welcome. Because; firstly, these are your thoughts, secondly, these thoughts have a reason to be there and thirdly, these are telling you something. So, acknowledge these thoughts, listen to them, say thank you and let them pass. The problem arises when you focus on them. What we focus on expands. Focus on the solutions and positive thoughts, pictures, feelings and self-talk. It is up to us to choose what we want to focus on. The results will be proportional to our focus. Law of attraction says: “You attract whatever you focus on most of the time”
What is the structure of a thought or experience?
The structure is based on our five senses: Visual, Auditory, Feelings, Taste and Smell. Some people prefer one sense over the other senses and therefore experience the world in their own unique way. If the internal structure of thought or experience is changed by changing the structures of the senses the whole reaction of the individual will change.
What is positive thinking?
“It is way of thinking that benefits you to have an immediate positive impact on your life.” Before we talk about how to think positive let us briefly view the barriers to positive thinking.
